With a diverse hospitality background spanning nearly three decades, I am an accomplished chef, developer, restaurateur, and project manager.
Since 2012, I have led a team of hospitality experts who specialize in concepting and designing functional hospitality spaces. Our network of consultants, drafters, designers, engineers, and architects can optimize existing operations or bring new ideas to life.

We offer a wide range of consulting services including business planning, concept refinement, menu engineering, and operational and financial consulting. Additionally, we often assist identifying and vetting top-tier executive chef and management candidates.

Our in-depth design services include design review and advisory, spatial planning for optimized flow, technical design and full foodservice MEP as well as aesthetic design covering both interior and exterior.

We specialize in comprehensive commercial construction and renovation. Managing projects from initial design to final construction, and handling a variety of project types. We can also serve as the Owner’s or Client’s Representative.
We partner with a wide variety of clients, from independent and nationally branded restaurants to niche wine bars, authentic pubs, charitable organizations, and art museums and institutions. A comprehensive client list, detailing the scope of each project, is available upon request.
